We are leaders in providing Bank’s Quantity Surveying Services in Victoria with experience in delivering the relevant Initial Due Diligence reporting, and Progress Monitoring and Drawdown recommendations services to a range of banks and financiers. They include Westpac, National Australia Bank, Macquarie Bank, ANZ Bank, Bendigo Bank, etc in Australia.

Further, we have also worked previously with financiers such as HSBC, NBAD/FAB, Emirates NBD, Standard Chartered Bank, Europe Arab Bank, Goldman Sachs, etc. and major investment groups and developers on various international mega construction development projects.

As such, we clearly understand the financier’s, investor’s, and developer’s requirements. We have substantial experience, and insights on how best to structure and provide our risk management services. The experience has been gained from managing individual, program and portfolio of construction development projects for the leading investors, and real estate owners and developers.

We have the necessary experience, expertise, and resources to provide risk management services to the Government departments, property owners and developers in Australia based on our substantial technical experience in the management of construction risks on mega and complex projects (Note: Our MD currently teaches Mega & Complex Project Risk Management module for undergraduates and post-graduate students at the RMIT University in Australia).

We see this service to be a top value-added service as it often leads to provide our clients with project certainty in terms of contract and compliance, cost, schedule, quality and D&C codes compliance, health and safety, environmental performance, value engineering and innovation, and project and construction management methodologies. As such, it provides good value for money for the clients who are involved in either one-off or program / portfolio of construction development projects (e.g., local council works and master developments).

Our risk management services are as follows:

    • Stage 1 Technical Report and Due diligence services at the Pre-contract tender documentation and procurement stage (with draft tender documents, and / or received tenders and/ or draft contract documentation)
    • Risk identification, review and assessment, and management advice (leading to a Risk Management Plan)
    • Independent post-contract due diligence and project monitoring (KPIs) leading up to progress, issues & status reporting (monthly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual reporting)
    • Cost audit and cost to complete reporting at any given time
    • An independent development assessment to facilitate Loan Facility Agreements involving construction and pre-opening finance
    • Loan drawdown assessment and recommendations
    • Developing strategy for stressed or red-flagged project resumption, re-baselining, presenting and reporting, and driving the project towards completion
    • We can also deliver in-house practical training and seminars on risk management for those involved in the construction business.
